A 30-Year, €1 Trillion Development Blueprint for West Africa
UGC's long-term vision for civilizational-scale transformation across energy, water, climate, and economic infrastructure — 42-pillar blueprint built through Dutch–African–American cooperation.
The plan is designed for phased rollout through strategic funding partnerships. A pilot version has been submitted to multiple funding agencies.

Planned Phase 1: Lekki–Ogunfayo Corridor (Nigeria)

Includes water systems, composting, youth employment, and community centers — co-designed with traditional and local authorities.
Official LOIs and MOU have been secured from the King of Ogunfayo, local government partners, and multiple technical partners including TSG, BeeSupport, and HollandDoor. Implementation is entering early-stage mobilization, with EU subsidy and strategic investor co-financing under structuring.

BrasaPark (Netherlands)

Dutch Proof-of-Concept
Urban eco-hub prototype: biogas, aquaponics, circular economy, and vocational labs.
Located in Amsterdam Southeast, BrasaPark represents a transferable model for innovation zones in African cities.
