Legacy of Muhammad Gad

Founder & Visionary Architect of the €1 Trillion Lagoon X Blueprint

Muhammad Gad is a transcontinental strategist, infrastructure planner, and development visionary whose work bridges Africa, Europe, and the Middle East. As the President of United Group for Consulting LLC (USA) and Executive Director of The Solid Grounds B.V. (Netherlands), his leadership integrates finance, engineering, innovation, and diplomacy into bold, future-ready programs.

Gad has led the design and execution of multi-sector development programs across Nigeria, the Netherlands, and the U.S. His track record includes large-scale water infrastructure, ESG investment strategies, diaspora capital mobilization, and integrated innovation clusters — often built under complex and fragile conditions.

As the Architect of Lagoon X, Gad spearheads Africa’s first €1 Trillion civilizational-scale transformation blueprint — a 30-year vision uniting climate restoration, human development, and sovereign economic renewal. He works with traditional rulers, governments, diaspora networks, and international innovation partners to turn local challenges into globally scalable opportunity corridors.

Prior to Lagoon X, he supported defense and infrastructure ventures through UGC’s U.S. and Middle East operations, working on energy logistics, oil and gas pipelines, and public–private structuring. He remains committed to intergenerational development and community-led innovation.

🎓 Professional Development — Deloitte Opportunity School

In May 2026, Muhammad Gad was selected to complete the Deloitte Opportunity School — Business Track in Amsterdam, delivered by Deloitte Netherlands in partnership with New Dutch Connections. Chosen through a competitive application process from a strong field of candidates, the programme covered Strategy Foundation, Business Case Creation, Design Thinking, Financial Analysis, Project Management, Corporate Finance, Situational Leadership, and Storytelling.

This recognition reflects Gad’s continued commitment to professional excellence and his integration into the Dutch business ecosystem at the highest level.

Gad's legacy is marked by long-term thinking, inclusive diplomacy, and system-level transformation — combining ethical partnerships with scalable impact.
